Good old Rexy. 

It's a good basic starter package for any one who hasn't got any festool stuff yet and is just starting off onto the slippery slope.

not really sure what the differences there are. you will be happy with any of them.
i would loose the festool drill and go for a trion jig saw. put that money towards a of1400
