*UK* - trade 18v 5.2ah battery for TCL3 Charger plus Mini First-Aid Systainer?

I believe I will be ordering a cordless tool from the UK that is NAINA. If I do, I will end up with a a UK-240volt version TCL3 charger that is of no use to me. Instead, I would like to get another NAINA 5.2ah battery to ship over in my kit so here's my thoughts:

I am aware of the price difference between the charger and the battery, and I am also aware of the UK voucher whereby you can get a battery for free. Obviously the battery has more value than the charger and you could always sell the battery yourself, so we have to figure this out so it is fair to both of us.

Of course you'd have to need or want to purchase a basic version of something to get the free battery. I would then work with you to figure out a FAIR trade of a brand new TCL3 charger - plus money or something - in exchange for your brand new 18 volt 5.2ah battery. If you can somehow come up with a COUPLE of batteries (I don't need to know how [cool]) I might be able to add one of my Limited Edition Mini First-Aid Systainers to the trade. You'd be the envy of all your FOG friends!
