Yes it's free. Do a google and you will find it and instructions on how to install. It's easy. It's the basic version so not inventory managment etc but you can't beat the price. Once you understand the concept of naming parts and assigning materials, it's a great little tool. Like I said above I use it mainly to quickly get BF when modifying a drawing. An example I had a client ask to modify a pie-safe from 13" wide to 16" I easily did it and quickly seen what the impact in BF of lumber was. The second and most important is seeing where you make a mistake on aproximating dimensions. It's easy to do, and won't show on display will show nearest measurement not actual. IT's weird but true. Anyway great tool!
