Anyone ever wonder what the record is for the number of posts made before being banned?  [popcorn]

Biggest or smallest? John Distai was quite active before being banned.

I like responding to "those" posts that sneak on here for a short while before deletion with this little video I created..... [big grin]

Luncheon Meat...

Isn't that stretching the definition a wee bit?  [big grin]

Since Peter pointed out in another post that there were stats available on the main page I got curious:

This was mostly no surprise however I did not realize how prolific Alan is! Kudos, Alan.

My initial question probably should have read the 'least' number of posts. The post in question was so weird I had to check it out 20 times to make sure I was on the right forum.  [wink]

I think I saw the same post, some ad for credit reports in the UK?

I am surprised there are as few of these as there are. When I initially set up my website, based on WordPress's blog software, I allowed "comments". There was an immediate deluge of semi-illiterate spam ("your idea is great, would like to have in active discussions bla bla bla") comments with links to weight loss schemes, etc. Luckily I had set is up to require approval before the comments made it to the site, I ended up disabling comments.

Sorry, Richard. The post I was citing looked like an invitation to porn sites, or something of that nature. My 20 visit comment was tongue-in-cheek. I bet my wife it would be gone in fifteen minutes (or 15 seconds after Shane, Seth, or Peter spotted it.

To answer the question regarding the least number or posts - the answer is less than zero.  There have been times that looking at the bottom of the home page the name of the newest member shows up as being rather risqué.  Upon checking the member information there may be further correlation that the member who has registered but not yet posted may be more interested in posting other types of images here.  At times those members are banned even before they can activate their account.

The filter really does a pretty good job with spammers considering how attractive this site must be.

By the way,  thank you to all those who report spam.

Peter
