Unexpected Festool usage

I've just become an accidental landlord.  My mother has descended into Alzheimer's dementia and moved in with us.  We'll be renting out her old home, which needs some sprucing up to get ready.

My dad was a landlord when I was growing up, so I have my fair share of experience getting a rental ready.  My Festools made a dreary task a little more enjoyable.  The CT is a great general-purpose vac with the Compact Cleaning Kit, making it super-easy to get rid of dust and cobwebs from door tops, ceiling edges, and other tough spots.  The RO90 makes a great spot-sander for drywall dings, completely dust-free.  It also made short work of sanding out some stains from a fiberglass shower enclosure and then polishing it back up to a shine.

Just a different perspective ...

Great to hear that the tools are making the chores easier, but I wish that you didn't have to use them in this circumstance.
