Hello, I had to take off the blade guard to get a chuck of wood out and when removing the plastic guard, this 1/4" X 6" metal strip dropped out. I studied the marks on it and inside of the saw, and looked at the parts diagram. I cannot find this part nor find an obvious place for it. It is pretty flimsy so I am sure it is not a spring. Can you provide me any assistance please? Thanks!
