Unusual use for domino

I made a hifi amplifier.
I needed to make vent holes in the baltic birch top.
Suddenly realized that the domino would be perfect.
:)

Worked beautifully.

That is an awesome idea!  I'll have to remember this. 
Maybe this would be a good thread to post other Domino uses.  I've used it to make mortises for the back slats of a porch swing.  A 3/8" beading bit seemed to work perfectly to get the
 
I too found an unconventional use for a domino. I found it made a perfect size hole for my Bessy quick clamps.

I used my domino to repair this broken portion to hold a table leg attached. I glued the broken pieces back in. Then mortised deep enough to get past both holes. Then I drilled the holes through the inserted domino. It's holding quite strong still
