Hello, we are in the midst of planning a Festool Demo day here at Godwin Tool in Midland Park NJ, 07432. We have a few dates in mind, and were looking for input on when would be a good date/ time for the people who use there products. We would plan to host the event on a Wednesday, so June 20th, June 27th, or July 11th? Any input would be appreciated.
Alex

I prefer weekends or nights. I can't really afford to take a day off of work. Saturday BBQ's are nice  [big grin]

Dave

Alex,

I'm a long time customer of yours, but only occasionally get up your way due to the distance.  I'd go, but like Dave said, if you guys can swing a Saturday, it might be better.  You trying to get the weektime contractor crowd on the Wednesday?

Hey ken,
I am trying to persuade the rest of the staff that a weekend or at the very least, late day, event would pull in more customers since most people have jobs during the day and can not take out a chunk of time to be here for it. I would personally love to host it on a Saturday, but if if that's not possible, would a later show, say 4pm-8 or 9pm help?

It takes me over an hour to get to you and with GSP traffic at going home time, the later the better.  That's just for us down this way.  I'm sure it's not as bad for most of your customers who are a lot closer.  You can always send a helicopter for Dave and me.  [wink]  We do first class.  [cool]

[big grin] I'll work on the helicopter. I am also pushing for the show to be on a Saturday, so as long as our rep will be here, we should be okay with the Saturday show. As far as dates now, we will have to work something out. Thanks for the input guys
Alex

I only ride in helicopters with leather seats!!!  It probably going to be Saulius. Just tell him to be there I said so. What exit off the parkway are you?

Dave

It will be with Saulius. Coming up from GSP, Its Exit 160 (Rt 208) turn left at the bottom of the ramp onto Passaic Street. Follow signs to Route 208 North (Fair Lawn) follow that until you reach the exit for Cedar Hill ave. Take Cedar Hill to the end, make a right at stop sign, and we are on the corner
