Hi I'm living in Canada 2 years currently . I'm flying home to Ireland for a visit in 2 weeks.I'd like to take my festool t55 back with me. It's 110v using a transformer.I was wondering can I just change the the cord for the standard canadian cord?Any help I'd be great full thanks.

Welcome to the forum. Unfortunately, I cannot make any recommendations regarding the possibility of swapping the power cord. I would suggest that you speak to Festool Ireland. I suspect that the power requirements will be different.

I do know that some of our forum members have made such a move and have used a power inverter.
