I just bought a TS55 and a 32" rail.
I have three Bosch routers I am perfectly happy with and can't justify getting a Festool router. Of all their tools, the routers seem least outstanding.
Anyhow, I would like to use the Festool guide rails with my Bosch router. I can't be the first one to do this, so I am hoping someone can share their successful solution with me, so I don't have to reinvent it.
Thanks.
A few years ago I had a 72" by 30" piece of cherry that only needed one more dado to be ready for assembly. The router skipped off the straight edge I was using. ARRRGH. Well, I learned to orient it in the future so that such errors won't be seen; but the Festool guide rail looks like a better solution.
