Using systainers on scaffolding

I've been using a couple of systainers on some scaffolding today and it occurred to me that getting the t loc positions right become absolutely critical in this situation.

A few times in the past couple of months ive thought that the systainers were linked but they weren't quite. On scaffolding this becomes much more serious.

I've been tieing the handle to the scaffolding as a safety measure. But if the two systainers aren't quite linked properly this could be giving a false sense of security. I am starting to think that linking systainers when working up high is just a tad too risky. Instead I am going to separate them and tie them individually.
