Uvex face shield deal at Amazon and Grainger $20

Amazon currently (8/29/22) has the Uvex Bionic Face Shield with Clear Polycarbonate Visor and Anti-Fog/Hard Coat (S8510) for 19.93. these are normally around $30 to $40 or so. I believe that Grainger has it for the same price.

this is a nice full face shield. It can be adjusted to fit a respirator more comfortably. It just doesn't play particularly well with ear muff style hearing protectors.

I have a couple and use them free hand routing on edges when I have get down close and see what I'm doing. Works great for using a wire wheel on an angle grinder. Got tired of pulling those little wires out of my face.  [scared]

Thanks Ron, were you the one who alerted us to this deal last year?

I know someone did and I picked up two to be able to have one in each shop in March of 2021.

They are comfortable for me and I was able to replace some not so nice face shields I had been using.
