Vac accessories

That will fit the standard hose.  But without the extension wands, etc, I don't know if they would be real useful unless you wanted to clean off your work or a workbench.  The compact cleaning set will fit the standard hose and I think that there are others also.

Does any one know if this accessory package fits the standard 27 mm hose that comes with a CT22?

Correct me if I am wrong but it seems that the other accessory kits are for the 36mm hose.  I find it a real pain to have to have 2 hoses to do a little clean up on an installation.

Thanks
Mark

Yes, these will work with either D27 or D36 hoses.  The D27 tool-end fitting will fit into each of these nozzles and brushes, while the D36 tool-end fitting will fit over them.  So, you do not have to use the D36 hose for you cleaning tools, but the larger hose is less likely to get clogged when vacuuming up larger debris.

I have this set with my CT mini.  The 27mm hose fits inside the attachments.  I think that the bent wand adapts 37mm to 27mm for the other wands and that the 37mm hose fits over the attachments.  Not sure as I only have 27mm and 50mm hose.

The biggest advantage to using the 36mm hose for cleaning, in my opinion, is with the Turbo Suction Brush or leaves.

The 27mm hose on a CT 22/26/33/36 causes a constriction and as a result, they don't move as much air. Since the Turbo Suction Brush's turbine is air powered, it turns slower and is less effective than when using a 36mm hose.

Also, as Corwin pointed out, if you have big chips or other big debris, it won't clog as easily.

My honey likes to use the CT 26, Universal Cleaning Kit, and Turbo Suction Brush to clean the house. She has used a few of the sanders with a CT and quickly saw how easy it was to achieve good results. Now that she has been using the cleaning set up, she really gets it.

Prior to her using the stuff herself, she couldn't understand why my customers would come over and talk with glee about me as their "pusher" and use references, like "getting their fix" and such.

Treasure that one, Tom.  She's a rare find.
