Hello everyone.  This is my first post to one of my favorite websites.  I have just recently purchased the Boom Arm Assembly for my dust extractor.  I have looked at a lot of photos on here of everyones setups and have noticed that everyone has only one Power Cord running along the vac hose.  My TS55 has a different Power Cord end than does my 150 sander.  How is everyone handling this?  Thank you everyone in advance for your help.  Keep up the great projects!

There are two different gauge cords.  The heavier one from the ts55 can run the lighter tools (like the sander) but not the other way around.

You'll notice the lighter cord has an extra nub to prevent application to a power hungry tool.

Thank you everyone for the replies.

Will get'er dialed in.

Welcome to FOG!  These days I seem to use the heavier cord most all the time.

Thanks so much for posting a "real" setup manual Rick!  I have to say for making such great tools the manuals that come with them are lacking.
