The Qwas Vacuum Dog Kit is now in stock and ready for sale. This kit can turn your MFT into a vacuum clamp. Price is $119 which includes the shipping fees inside the USA. To my international customers, I'm sorry but the US Post Office wants $48 to send the "Flat Rate Medium Size Box" and that is without any insurance or tracking capabilities so I don't see international orders happening.
The kit consists of 3 dogs, a vacuum manifold to supply vacuum to up to 3 dogs from one pump. 4 hoses, 15 feet of foam rubber strip, and one rubber pad to assist you during initial setup and testing. You will still need to supply a vacuum pump and filter, foot switch or some way to turn the pump off and on, and I highly recommend a vacuum gauge. All of these can purchased for around $150 to $200. Also you will need to lightly coat your MFT top and holes with shellac or a urethane finish.
