Vacuum hose reel with power cord

I've been looking into making a hose reel for my festool anti-static hose. My requirements are that I can roll a power cord with along with the vacuum hose and that the anti-static chain is not broken. Would anyone know of a product or have any pointer how to do build one?

If I'd be to build one, would you know if hose swivel and power cord swivel can be bought? And do you know how I can maintain the anti-static chain of the festool hose?
