I put a lot of stock in your opinion
Thanks, hopefully my opinions don't lead you too far astray.

so I'm interested in your statement that the Vecturo is a much better machine than the MM.
I was a reluctant Vecturo buyer. Initially I saw no reason to buy a more powerful version of what was working well for me. I thought I would have to move up to the super cut eventually. The stand sold me.
I have used the MM for every project I have worked and when the first one I bought stopped working in the middle of a project, I bought a new one that day so I could finish what I started. That is how much I rely on the machine. I have used the dust attachment and the sander and find that they work well for detail work. So there is a place for the MM in my work and I absolutely love it for accurately cutting holes in drywall.
I dislike cutting holes in the back of my cabinets for electrical outlets and have used many different techniques (jigsaw Jigsaw & MM drill and MM etc.) to do this cleanly but I have never been really satisfied with the outcome/time/stress doing this creates. When I can I use my router, but this isn't always the case or even practical. With no commercially available escutcheons for different appliance outlets, creating accurate holes on site in melamine cabinets that fastidious clients look at every day, the Vecturo really shines. I can get accurate, clean cuts, with virtually no blade wobble in less time than I did with any other combination of tools.

I'm wanting to upgrade the Bosch that I currently have and have looked at the MM, Supercut, and the Vecturo.
Based on the reviews the Supercut should be simalar to the Vecturo. I do appreciate the plug-it, particularly when changing blades or adjusting the stand.

I like that the MM has sanding attachments and that the new version has been reworked to make it quieter with more power and less vibration.
I wasn't aware they updated the MM, I have two so I really wasn't in the market for more. Less vibration is a relative term, I would love it if it had no vibration, but the variable speed helps with this.

For what I use my Bosch for I'm not sure the attachments for the Vecturo would get much use. Thoughts?
That is the issue, if you don't use it in your work flow, or don't see a need for it then it's a waste to have it. It's a bit like the MFK 700, because of the attachments there is really no other machine I have found that lets you do specific things really well. When you need the accuracy and the additional power over the MM it works very very well.
Hope that helps.
