i was hired to build this style cabinet so the lady could store all of her scrape book supplies  used all my festools again for this project

doors are mdf with applied moldings  base cap

i know tried to sell it but she did not want backs on the cabinet, which is a pain when keeping wall color as then when painting you have to cut all around the inside with white and then with beige wall color.. [laughing]

Is there a reason the desktop is higher than the window sill ?  It don't look right with that gap there ?

yes there is because desk are 30" tall and also there is a plug on that wall  just right of the window. so I    had to leave a gap for it to be used...and did not want in inside the cabinet...its a little funky

Kreg, how did you seal the edges of the MDF? What do you prime with? Looks great, Eric

eric, I just primed them with behr enamel undercoat then sanded then painted with sw super paint and them come out pretty good
