I had someone contact me to make a walnut vanity. They came up with the design from a picture on Houzz. They also supplied the material from a walnut tree that had fallen on there property years ago. They had the tree rough sawn and let it air dry in a shed for about 4 years. I picked up a bunch of slabs and took it from there. Turned out pretty nice. Just thought I'd share.
Festool ts75 used to prep the slabs, mirka and festool sanders used throughout. Lots of dominoes used throughout the assembly. Other than that some planing and jointing and here it is.
Finished with 10 sheen Valspar Ultra conversion lacquer

Lovely job! Beautiful timber. Which domino did you use?
Thanks,I used the 500. 6x40 dominoes, I believe there are 26 dominoes in it if I recall. I thought about using them on the metered legs but opted to use a lock mitre bit instead.

That thing has a massive look to it. You executed it very nicely!
