Nothing exciting here, just want to share how pathetic I've become ... I just filled some nasty plasterboard (drywall) damage and can't wait for the filler to harden so I can get the toys out [embarassed]

I put some 10mm plywood into a sliding door cavity in a couple of places as backing where the wall was damaged. Found it useful to prep a couple of blocks to flex the cavity of the sliding door open enough to get my arm in to hold the plywood in place, while I screwed the backing into place through the plasterboard with the CSX.

Wish it was a much bigger area, I could justify a PLANEX then [smile]

Kev, you're not thinking about this the right way. You have to 'accidentally' damage a lot more drywall so that you now 'need' a Planex to help with all that mess. [wink]

Actually I have a son that could do the "job" for me [big grin]

Hmmmm, I do have a son like that....

Started at the front door- punched out the side- light...

16 holes down the hall.... Cracked the door skin going into his room...

Kicked the door off his wardrobe... Climbed up onto his loft bed and proceeded to punch out the ceiling above his bed... Only stopped when the loose insulation collapsed onto his head and covered his room in a cloud of cellulose fibres...

He's old enough- he drives... His own car.... so I threw him out...

Aaaah yes, the joys of parenthood...

Perfect then, harder to fire family, and easier to justify the cost of the Planex.... [embarassed] [wink]
