Weird forum behavior just started?

I have been posting fine until a few moments ago. The last two posts I made I clicked on the 'Post' button and waited...

And waited...

And waited.

I had another window open to the FOG and refreshed it and BAM my post was there. But the first window was still sitting there after several minutes?

Problem #2:

Then I read a couple of 'Unread Replies', but realized that hitting the 'Unread Replies' button was having no effect. It wasn't updating what I had read.

Problem #3:

I thought "No problem, I'll just use the "Mark all messages as read" feature. Clicked that button and nothing happened either?

So - did I break the FOG? Anybody else having issues?

I thought from your title you were referring to the "aura" aspect of the FOG.  [eek]

I have been on and off all day and haven't noticed any issues.

I've been on the road traveling all day and just made it to my destination, so I don't know. But I'll check it out shortly.

FWIW, it's fine now.

I would have blamed my connection except for the fact that I actually *could* post, I just wasn't able to have the one window 'complete' the post in a  normal manner even thought the post had been completed? And I could read the replies, but the button wouldn't update the unread list. I couldn't see how that could be my connection?

Like I said - weird.

And Peter, I just re-read my subject. I try to make them clear and meaningful, but I can see how it could have been interpreted the way you took it. Ooops!

Except for the fact that I suspect this thread will die very quickly, I'd try to figure out something better...

No problem.  I, and I suspect others too have noticed an "edginess" in the posts lately and was wondering if this was related.  Don't worry about changing the title.

Yes, I've noticed it too but I've tried to stay out of the fray. I know - highly unusual for me, huh?

I did try and "quote" or respond to a comment someone made to a thread i created and it made a whole new topic...

I could have hit some weird button as i was watching football also..

I've not noticed any issues in using it, including a few posts, for the last 30 mins.

Nothing has been changed on the forum for a week or more when I made a programming change to auto-rotate photos to the correct orientation.

I had the same issue yesterday, but the forum seems to be working fine right now.  Must be the leprechauns again...
