Wera bit holder fits centrotec...?

It will not fit because the ¼" shaft is not long enough.
And the groove is not on the right place. It needs to be more to the left.
If the shaft is longer you can make a second groove yourself and round off the corners of the ¼" shaft.
Compare the Wera bits with the Centrotec bitholder picture below.
Until now only Snappy, Fisch and Axminster have made CE compatible bitholders and drills.
And that's a pity because Festool doesn't make enough different CE bits/drills.
Now and then you still need the Jacobs chuck.
