Regarding that 8020 one, what's your method of making accurate repeatable cuts to the T slots?

That looks great and hopefully you don't mind others borrowing some ideas!

There are 2 methods that I can think of.
1. Buy t-slot from 80/20 with the length you need.  So it is pre-cut and square with pre-tab and counter bore as option.  Just kidding but it work if you don't do a lot of cutting, it might be cheaper.
2. Buy aluminum blade and put it in TS 55 REQ.  Then cut to specific length on MFT/3.

I don't want to steal this thread.  I will create a new post for 80/20 Sysport after I take an exam this week.  I have 2 versions of 80/20 Sysports.  One is what you saw here.  Another one is double stack.  I can put either Systainers or Harbor Freight storage boxes in the same rack.  I also made 80/20 gig to drill counter bores and holes for end fasteners on a drill press.

Here are 2 more...put a Festool aluminum blade (495385) on a Kapex or invest in a low RPM chop saw and cut all metals including stainless.

This is mine.  If the aluminum extrusions are long, I just connect one side to my Sysport which has a horizontal bars so I can cut up to 110" long.

My first toolbox. Built in 2006. Maple veneered baltic birch. Walnut handles and full extention drawer slides. Holds all my mechanics tools, and plenty of woodworking tools as well. [attachimg=1]

When I built my bench, I built a tool box to fit underneath.  When I first built it, there was plenty of room, but now it's crowded and I need to figure out what I want for my next toolbox.

I think this is my first post on the FOG. Ive built this toolbox to bring the handtools I use in school everyday. I also bring a combi systainer with a cxs, hearing protection, drills, bits etc. Ive been a carpenter for 10 years, and back problems made me start in school again. If everything goes well, im an educated cabinetmaker/furnituremaker in march 2018. And now to the toolbox ! :)

The box is inspired by Tom Fidgens Cabinetmakers Toolchest, from Unplugged Workshop. It is made from danish oak and american walnut.

Toolbox eh?

Main one is the van, then there's a large toolsafe in it.
this is pretty much the van contents...

Everything in this stack in the centre of the photo fits into the toolsafe...

and this, although its my old van that I no longer have (sames true for the dog sadly) it shows the toolsafe.

That toolsafe holds a fairly serious amount of kit, its not always easy to get at but its always pretty secure, which matters a lot to me.

Well this is still work in progress but have some of the drawers done.  I really like the Kaizen foam.

Thanks,
Trevin
