For small pieces of trim I use Collins.https://www.highlandwoodworking.com/collinsmiterclamppliers4miterclamps.aspx

For larger pieces of trim I use Clam Clamps.https://www.miterclamp.com

Same here, clamps and application, when/where to use.

As for glue with interior trim work these are in my kit:
Titebond No-Run, No-Drip Wood Glue (2404) This product as exceptional vertical application usehttp://www.titebond.com/product/glues/a1e18a48-c721-4b0b-8f63-259c477919e0

Titebond Quick & Thick Multi-Surface (2403)http://www.titebond.com/product/glues/d1b48beb-7d60-4ce7-b57b-6bf19351778b

For CA glue it's Starbondhttps://www.starbond.com/ca-glue

I have been using some crappy miter spring clamps for years for door casing and window casing glue ups and ran across these when I was working with an old timer last year. Before I was able to dig for the details to get my hands on a set, I lost the picture with the part information. These clamps really are a game changer and apply some very nice pressure and the fine points do well to grab into some of the harder maple and oak I tend to work with. Any help would be appreciated here in getting info on these miter spring pinch clamps!

They are Maestro® Clamp-All Woodworking Miter Spring Clamps.  They are a discontinued Item.  I have a set of them & I've look every where online & I can't find them anywhere.
