What CRM software does your company use? Advice needed

We are a small home remodeling company with 7 employees and I have been looking for a CRM software package that can work on computer/phone/tablet, that does it all.  Track client information, produce quotes, track job information, track purchases, employee time tracking, etc..  I looked at Jobber so far, it is a nice software package but it seems to be geared more towards companies that have jobs that are short.  Like a lawn care business where you are cutting 8 yards a day or a service call business where you might have 5 calls a day.  The jobs we work on, we can be there for a week or a few months.  I’d like to be able to make quotes as I am literally walking through the home with a customer, taking pictures and making notes on those pictures, then email the quote over before I even leave the home.  I’d like a place to track material requests, punchlists, etc.  plus everything else that a typical CRM does.  The other thing i would like is a way to track employee time by GPS and geofencing.  In the past I have had issues with employees stealing hours so I would like something that can start and stop the time clock based on location.  You get to the jobsite, the clock starts.  You leave, it stops.  If you need to get material one day before getting to the jobsite, they can activate the clock manually but the app marks the location.

With that said, I’m just curious if anyone has a similar company and what software you use.  Any recommendations would be great.

Thanks.

I have written custom software to do very similar things.  I was a residential remodeling contractor for two years in 2016 and 2017 and have an idea what you are looking for. If you would like to talk more I could give you ideas and examples and some things I learned.  When my brother was alive he used a custom system I wrote for him about 10 years ago.

Not sure on the time card feature but check out CoConstruct.

Have you looked at Quickbooks. If you set up master data (materials, customer, vendors) right (one time set up) then you can leverage the platform to work on the desktop, cloud, mobile etc. It would also take care of all your financials, payroll and tax reporting requirements. Like a mini erp. It might work out a lot cheaper than using a custom crm solution (sales works?)

Computer-Ease. It can do all of the job-costing/accounting along with employee time tracking. I'm fairly sure that it is GPS trackable, but we don't use that part of it, so I'm not sure about that?
The length of the job is not a problem. We have had multi-phase jobs that last over a year, along with quicky one-offs that are only a few hours.

Try  it’s great for quotes and invoicing and has CRM features.

Our company is also using Quickbooks. It is a good option for small businesses.

You might want to check out CRMs like Zoho or Salesforce, which are highly customizable and can be adapted for various business sizes and types. Integrating within these systems can further enhance your efficiency by automatically updating project details, client information, and financial transactions.
