What do you call those pieces that hold ply window inserts to the cargo van?

I noticed in many of the pics of vans that have been fitted with ply lining that many of the rear and side window panels have ply sections covering them.  And there's these little screw-on pieces that act as a "stop", I guess, for the actual window panel.  What are those pieces called, and where can I pick them up?

Thanks in advance.

Are you talking about blocks about half inch square by 1.5 inchs with holes going both ways
they are called modesty blocks

Not sure of their name, but I attached a pic of a 2014 TC that I found online.  You can see those little "blocks" on the rear window panels.

Cool! Thanks, Alan.  That seems to be it.  Now I just gotta find a place to source them here in the U.S.  But that definitely points me in the right direction.

hmmm....seems like these things may not be available in the U.S.....I know I could use some type of angle stop, but I'm just looking for something that I don't have to cut or modify...
