What do you use for safety protection

Just curious what others user for mouth, hearing, and vision protection?

I am using the dust bee gone masks but have found over time they are not that great at filter fine sanding dust. I am looking to replace these with something equally as light and only used for dust protection.

I use Zem's SensGard for hearing protection. I really like the comfort of these.

I wear glasses and have not been wearing anything in addition to my poly lenses. I have tried several goggles and have not been happy with the fit and comfort of any of them. I am considering just ordering prescription safety glasses.

3M Tekk hearing protection from Home Depot.  Prescription safety glasses.  Since I started using Festool sanders....no mask.  But in the past I've used a 3M dust mask with cartridges that could be replaced.

I was going to post a separate topic for these, but since this thread already exists, here goes....

I have been trying to solve the same problem with prescription safety glasses. Most of the solutions just didn't seem to provide what I needed or wanted.  Then, I noticed one of our Nigerian Helicopter Engineers at work wearing a set of glasses that I had never seen before, and after trying them, I wrote the company to see if they could be retrofitted with prescription lenses. The answer was positive.

What is very unique about these is that they not only seal to your face, but also have a humidifier system that insures your eyes stay lubricated while working in high dust, or dry conditions.  They aren't cheap, but I'm buying two sets... one for an Rx and the other clear.

The glasses cost $75.00 and you can buy replacement moisterizer inserts in packs of three.

Thank you for your email and interest in our products.  The moisture release eyewear can accommodate a prescription within +/- 3.0.  You will need to check with your optician and make sure they are able to have an anti-fog coating placed on the prescription after it’s surfaced.  Most labs have this available so hopefully it will not present any challenges.

I wear glasses too and find that these from 3M TEKK work well over my glasses.

They are available at the big box stores for about $4.

For grinding metal and throwing off a lot of material you might want to consider this full face shield.
