I have been looking for a US source of high quality brad point drill bits in full sets of Imperial dimensions.
Any suggestions for brands and US sellers will be appreciated?

Bulls Eye: Fuller is what I was looking for. I also discovered they make step drills for use on a variety of materials.
Great online catalog on their site - worth bookmarking.

I have a set of Montana bits that I really like.  They cut a good clean hole.

One warning, though, first time you use them, be prepared that they cut pretty
aggressively.  Try some cuts on scrap first to get the feel of them.

For those of you out there that need more than just the standard 6 different sized brad point drills, I noticed that Fuller drill bits, also made in the USA, offer brad points in 1/64" increments from 5/64"-11/16".

They also offer metric brads in .1mm, .25mm & .5mm increments along with wire gauge and letter sized brad point drills. They say they're suitable for sheet metal. [eek] [eek] That could be interesting...
