I used google lense to see if I could source a sky blue tloc IV like this:

The system below came up, it was for sale on Amazon. I did a Google lense search of it and a bunch of Amazon adds came up, some links were dead, and generally thay all had different prices and brandname/vendor. I saw no reviews but it looks like it will fit in stack of systainers:

There was a picture of the stack below in the adds I didn't find one of these options for sale:

It all looked suspect and the SYS IV version was more $$ than I would spend.  I did consider it, just to check it out and see if it was
a legit box to incorporate. I have some Makita tools I was looking to put in that Sky Blue sys IV and this might work.

It looks like a pure knock off, though not completely like a systainer or any of the other latching boxes I am familiar with. Anyone here have any experience with one of these?

Also, still looking for a sky blue tloc 4...

[member=82471]Sys_Tim[/member] you might want to look at the previous post.  Also, while trying to check out the website online this morning (at the time of this posting) links weren't working when pointing towards Systainerus.com.

Thank you Peter Halle for the shout out.

The official store in Americas for systainer is Systainer USA, found at https://systainer.store/.  For only a brief bit in beta launch we used the domain you referenced.  Where did you see a systainerus.com link?

[member=81795]JCB[/member] I've not seen these knock offs.  Intriguing.
At this time the T-Loc generation is only produced for OEM customers that continue to use that product.  The Systainer3 generation has been out for 6 years now.  We offer the whole scheme of colors, plus we have configurations where you can swap the catch and handle when you buy.

The Sys3 M 337 is the closes to T-Loc IV, it is 15mm taller and of course compatable with stacking/catch locking, etc.

I'll be happy to help.  Contact me here or on the store chat or contact form.

I was surprised to see the ad for a Festool 100 anniversary mini T-LOC instead of gen 3.  The minis are no longer interested because of the new racking ability on the gen 3 version.

I would only note that when you use the Pantone Matching System, the color chips we received were stepped and molded in three different thicknesses.  The color varied quite a bit depending upon the thickness of the plastic.

You can order individual PMS chips from Pantone, and if you specify a PMS #, the color should be exact.

More here: https://www.pantone.com/products/pl...YIxAfU0Z0p1Cth3qVuabjuwnHkcJ3v0JC_Q5QYyQ_Bnyo

I believe that Pantone manufactures different color charts for different materials.  So the Pantone paint colors (and powder coating colors) come in matte, semi-gloss and gloss.

If your vendor is across the country, using Pantone Matching System can save time waiting for color approval, and money sending samples back and forth.

Men’s Wearhouse (the clothier) had us manufacture hooks (steel) and powder coat them to a Pantone antique gold, silver and bronze, each color representing a pricing unit.  The hooks were used to hang fabric swatches.

In any case, they were extremely fussy on colors and we used the PMS color numbers to specify the correct powder.  (But then we still submitted coated hooks for approval because they were so fussy.)

I saw a PMS color for the “blue” online, but the actual color was more nearly black than blue and nothing like the image above so I did not make note of it.

The only Mini 100th anniversary I could find was through the Festool Fan store, and it was a Sys3 style mini.

Looking more carefully, I am just wrong.  Because they described it as a "Mini" instead of an S 76 and called out "Stackable with SYS-MINI TL.", I thought it was the T-LOC gen.

Thanks!

The one shown on the Fan Shop site is definitely the Gen3 S-76. The handle orientation is a dead give away.
