I think I will have the opportunity to get some NAINA stuff shipped or delivered to me. Whatever I get, it all has to fit within standard airline restrictions, so think Sys2 or Sys3 or maybe SysMaxi size at the largest.

Is there any NAINA small stuff that you wish you had? If you had a chance to pick up some NAINA Festool 'stuff', what would you get?

Is someone you know coming over to the UK ?

I wouldn't mind a veto pro PAC lc maybe we can swap for some naina stuff :-)

Cms insert for ts? Not sure what is needed there...the drill inserts for the attic systainer? Watch cap, polo shirt? Hope you get some good responses...

Plugit pig tails are always a good choice, they can also be stashed just about anywhere!

That's the first thing I thought of too. My Multimaster is dying for one.

Personally, I'd get the sanding frame for the BS75 --  to use with an AEG.  :D

It is a tool end of the plug it connection with wires connected. It lets you connect it to just about any power tool and use the festool power cords.

ahh now thats a canny idea. saves having loads of wires trailing everywhere and plugging and unplugging from my transformer. thats a right pain in the ass especially an old transformer that has real tight sockets.

I wouldn't mind shipping one to you, but I don't have an inside track on anybody heading your way - at least that I know of. If that changes I'll keep you in mind...

Got a part number per chance?

Let me see if I still have a package around to get the part number. It is the UK 230 volt plug, fits our 16ga cords perfect. It does not work with the 18ga that comes with the smaller tools like the sanders.

Found it: 491145 [wink]

Plug it conversion-kit for NA is: UBS-PUR 420 plug it GB 110 V (494910)
But officially you're not allowed to use in in NA.

Let me make sure I understand - this part connects to the TOOL to adapt it to use the standard Festool Plug-it cord, correct?

Yes

Yes, it replaces the original fixed cord. You can easily change the fixed cord with this end.
I only don't know about the difference you have in the USA with 16 and 18G power cables.

With the help of an English FOG member I did send a few of these cords a few months ago to another FOG member in the USA.

Also look at the following thread by a Mafell user who also changed the fixed cord by a Plug-it tail.
