What tool is this?

Watch the video for a few seconds, you'll see Frank (the guy in the video), pull out this box looking thing that seems to make "domino" type parts / pieces.

What do you guys think?  I subscribe to his youtube channel.  He makes great videos, has a soft personality, and documents things very well and the videos are very entertaining to watch because something is always going on.  He's not a craftsman, but in his video, he shows his mistakes and also shows that he learned from them.

that's a pantorouter designed by Matthias Wandel.  He sells plans for it but you have to build your own using wood or metal.  There's a guy in Japan, I think that sells them already made in aluminum.  It's a horizontal router that's based on a pantograph, so you have to make the pattern for it to follow in twice the scale, I believe.
