What type of Machine?

18  internal  doors  consisting of  6  solid planks  of Ash  held together  by  4  loose  tenons  that run  through  the  entire width  of the door.
That's  430  mortises  100mm x 18mm.

A local joinery shop made  these for  a friend. Each door  is  £210  each.
Was wondering  what type of machine  is used for  mortises  in such large numbers?

My quess would be a chain mortiser, either a portable, 
or a stationary

I'd be surprised if Darcy,  WarnerConstCo., has not come across one of these beasts

I also found this....

The cutter  seems  deep enough  to penetrate  150mm. So maybe a more industrial version  of this is available  with  similar  cutter tooling.

A CNC  chisel mortiser  which  has a 120mm  max depth of cut. So  with a mortise  150mm deep I'm thinking  the timber  might be turned  to complete  the "through" mortise  on  150mm wide stock?

Interesting  that the design oscillitates the chisel similar to  the  festool domino.
