Hi all,
I'm a newbie here looking for some guidance and advice on the best type of spray setup. I'm looking for something that my wife could use to spray latex paint on old furniture she wants to refinish, that could ideally also be used to spray finish on trim (precat laquer has been suggested - I'm going to finish the trim for the house we'll be building in Spring). I've done a lot of research already but there are so many options I don't know where to start. I've looked at the Wagner and Graco self-contained units they sell at the big box stores, as well as turbine-based systems like the Fuji Mini-Mite, and also spray guns that work off of a compressor (I have a compressor capable of 5.3CFM @ 90 PSI). I don't want to spend a ton of money as this will not be a profit-making purchase, but would like something that is easy to use, produces a good finish, and ideally is easy to clean up.
Any suggestions?
