When does Festool come out with new tools for 2021?

Although there is no regular timeline, in the past you have often seen tools introduced in Europe a few months or more before they come to America.  Some of their tools never make it over here, however, like the Belt Sander, or the Rustofix, or the Sword Saw.

I seem to feel like October and July often end up being the preferred introduction dates, but I'm sure someone can point out other months that have seen the introduction of new tools.

The only regular thing you can expect with Festool is the annual price increase, which not even a pandemic could stop but only delay this year.

Never heard of the RustoFix,  it's not what I expected based on the name.  I was hoping to see a tool that should come included with sprinter vans to fix their rust.

Yeah, a while back I was thinking about importing one from abroad.  But then I found out about the Makita Brush Sander, and have found it to be a great substitute.

In the U.S., we usually see new tools introduced around Feb/Mar or Jul/Aug time frames. There are exceptions.

As mentioned, we almost always see new tools introduced in Europe before being introduced in the U.S. about 6-12 months later.

The word is rustic, not rust. Over here rustic is associated with lots of old, worn looking wood.
