hi erik.  i'm not steve.
but i can tell you, tf is the abbreviation for the talkfestool.com website.
it is also a very cool forum where lots of members here are members there also.

i also like it because of the other content, such as the hand tools section.

i recommend taking a quick look at the marcou planes progession thread.
you will see philip marcou making his beautiful hand planes from start to finish.
cant wait to get mine in january 2010!

Hi.  Per has been a pretty busy in the last few months and hasn't posted very much anywhere.  The economy in the North East has impacted his business, so he's be working hard to get business.  Then his daughter just got married: http://www.talkfestool.com/vb/woodworkers-cafe/2801-my-daughters-wedding-picture.html.  That's gotta be rough on a guy!  [eek]  And his father - Bob Swenson - went into the hospital with heart problems:  http://www.talkfestool.com/vb/woodworkers-cafe/2817-its-time-help-old-geeze-out.html  They thought he might be getting well when he started chasing the pretty nurses; they figured he was well enough to leave when he started catching them!  [big grin]

Overall, Per has been a busy lad in recent months.
