Where's that smoke coming from?

While trimming extended cabinet stiles I hit a hidden screw and saw sparks. I didn't really think much about it because I routinely hit the occasional brad or staple. I must have looked pretty funny frantically looking around for the source of smoke while holding the saw with a smoldering bag in my hand...

Kinda glad I didn't have the vac hooked up.
