Would anybody here know if Festool has an in-house design team? or do they use a specific design firm?
Whoever is in charge of their product design department deserves a big hug and a kiss (a manly Kraut kiss). Its really the accumulation of all the little experiences when using Festool. For instance: Today I received a new blade for my TS75. I don't need to use it right now but I needed to put it somewhere - I opened the systainer and sure enough there is a slot exactly the same size for an extra blade package. I call it "Thick" design.
