Why is the ETS 125 marked "display only" on the festool USA website?

It's listed as "in stock" but you can't purchase it? It seems a recent upgrade to the ES 125 so I'm guessing it's not being replaced with something new.

I have a 6" festool ROS, but I'd like something smaller & lighter for work on smaller pieces or balancing on edges, etc.? Is the ETS 125 the best choice for that type of work?

I'd ask this question to Festools "Mr. Wizard"  ;) , Bob Marino.  He seems to be on top of this stuff.

Better yet, Shane Holland, who's a Festool employee involved with their website.

I recommend that you contact your local or preferred Festool dealer if you need to order the ETS 125.  The issue with the website is temporary and should be resolved shortly.  My apologies for any inconvenience.

Thank you,
Shane

I bought a new ETS 125 last week at Hartville Tool.  Great sander - very smooth, lightweight, easy to control, low vibration feedback to your hand, and quiet compared to other RO disk sanders.  (I have an older Bosch unit.)  And I can use the same sanding supplies I have accumulated for use with my RO 125.  According to FestoolUSA's website, this tool is in stock. http://www.festoolusa.com/ProductDetails.aspx?id=7&prodid=571610.
