My wife kids me that my tables go to sturdy, maybe hurricane shelters. She wanted a dainty cute table with shinny legs.
I cobbled together a small table with a single slab of extremely figured rosewood 10” by 18” And the base of 1 1/2” stretchers of brown ebony. The legs taper from 1 1/2” at the top to 1/2” at the bottom.the legs are also brown ebony. The table sits 18” high. Only, it’s very stable.
The finish if Minwax wipe on poly satin. Looks good.
