Will T18 batteries work with the Ti15?

No the 18V batteries won't work in any of the lower voltage impact/drills.  You can use the Ti15 batteries in the T18 though.

They will not work, and you won't even be able to insert them, because Festool batteries are keyed to only accept the right batteries.
