CSX12 Electric clutch not working properly

I recently got a CSX12 from the Recon site. Overall I am pretty happy with it.
There is a problem with the electronic clutch. It applies too much torque. I compared it to a T18+3E that I also own. I drove a long screw with the T18 until it stopped when set on 5. The CSX12 set on 1 drove the screw another inch into hard wood.
Does anyone know if there is a way to reset the CSX12 or is it time to contact Festool for warranty work?

One of my drills had to be returned with that issue. I think it was the CSX 12. I sent it back to Festool and it seemed to have been fixed but I just last week discovered that the clutch is broken again.
