Will the CARVEX PSB 420 EBQ-Plus ever come back in stock?

I've been looking for the CARVEX PSB 420 EBQ-Plus to buy, but I can't seem to find it in stock anywhere (and it's been this way for about a month) - I've checked Toolnut, Acme, Rockler. Is this tool being phased out, and should I wait for whatever is coming next? Or is this stock delay not unusual for some Festool tools.
