Wood Mode hinges / handles

Anyone know where I can get (or have any to part with) hinges and handles as shown in the pictures?  They are what I would call copper color. I need four hinges and two handles.

Seth, have you tried backtracking thru Wood Mode? I've had to track hardware on previously installed jobs, and sometimes have gotten lucky, with alot of sweet talk and cajoling for someone to look into past shop records.
Obviously, original customer, designer, GC, info would be most helpful to track the job. I'm not sure about Woodmode, but some manufactures put identification info in a cabinet, usually a sink base.

Yeah, I have an email out to Wood Mode.

I must be doing something wrong with the Restorations Hardware site, only one type of hinge comes up.

CSH has a bunch but none that are right or close.

I figured these would be no problem to find. I suspect they were used on gazillion cabinets. In fact what is really frustrating ....... is that they are the exact hinges that are on the cabinets in our kitchen !  [mad]  Very tempting, but we are renting  :
