Woodpeckers AutoAngle drill guide.. opinion

I bought the UJK guide when they first came out. If the WP version had been available I would have gone for that.

I don't like the UJK version but it does do one thing very well in my shop...collect dust whilst sitting on the shelf.

I may list in classified soon as I have only used in twice since I bought it.

I don't think it was a one time tool Michael so it should be available.

Yes, it is. The AutoAngle is an option to the AutoLine...not a replacement.

Unlike the blue jig or a real drill press the WP drilling jig is nodal with the center of the bottom of the base. To what level of precision I don’t know but it’s a potentially valuable feature.

The zero point positioning was pretty much the differentiating feature that I ordered one instead of picking up the rockler. I have used my father's autoline version and it is really nice. Works well for doors and other tight spots. So figured an additional $150 over the rockler was not that much of a stretch.
