I pre-ordered this add-on fence yesterday. I know I could cobble up something, but I really liked the option of having a very long perfectly straight fence for my SawStop.

I built an L-shaped sacrificial fence and use it often when I want more room between the fence and a narrow wood piece.

I didn't know they even made a thing like that? It's a nice way to add feather boards and it would be great for thinner strips, while keeping the blade guard in place.
That's a thing I run into a lot. You can't cut a strip much narrower than 1", without the guard running into the fence.....and the push stick definitely won't fit in there too.
I normally use my L fence for that, but this would get you a taller fence too, one tool instead of two.

Someone here suggested using a chunk of that extrusion to connect Jessum rip guides on a Dewalt contractor saw. I had some track on hand as well as the rip guides so it was a no brainer. Works great.

Officially launched today. Sneak peak on Saturday on Instagram that Birdhunter must have seen.

Ordered mine on 7/15 and frustrated it hasn’t shipped yet. I don’t understand what the delay is on a product that’s not a one-time tool and doesn’t appear to be very complicated to make.

I ordered pretty early on and it hasn't shipped yet. No biggie for me. What's confounding is, why wouldn't they offer the infeed/outfeed support as a separate item? I'd like to have one on each side and I'll gladly pay.

Hang on. It's coming. Along with a shorter version of the fence for band saws and job site saws. and shorter material supports if you want to put one on each end and the long ones are too long.

Today's "Production Update" video is on the Auxiliary Rip Fence, which means we've either started shipping or will within a day or two.

I ordered pretty late (August 25) and it arrived on September 3. Wasn't supposed to ship till October 18. Not sure why mine came so early, but yours is probably on the way soon.

I bought it for the Festool CSC SYS 50, and the blocks work with the narrow flat sections on the backside of its fence. I'll post up a thread when I get some photos this weekend.

Are the extra material supports available yet?  (Didn’t see them on the website.). I might just make some out of wood.

Also trying to figure out best way to raise the WP fence a bit off the table to prevent dragging. The BOW fence appears to have plastic inserts that are attached to the bottom.  Of course, any raising of the fence would require a spacer for the material supports so they remain level with the table.

Very Super Cool Tools has a similar product.  I’m not sure what woodpecker was thinking when the clamps are used to hold the extrusion on seems Janky. The Laguna F3 has a nice setup for their rip fence. I’m not sure it’s interchangeable with an auxiliary AL extrusion on the face for jigs or Jessem guides.

I bought both of them, the WP Auxiliary Rip Fence and the WP Versa Fence. I was able to adapt the WP Versa-Fence on my Festool CSC SYS 50 table saw fairly easily, by modifying the aluminium part that is fixed with one screw on the parallel Festool fence (you can buy this part if you don't want to damage the original one). Of course, it's then very easy to add the Jessem stock guides on this WP Versa Fence. The Auxiliary Rip Fence is obviously taller but I was also able to add the Jessem Stock guides on this one too. It's just a matter of adding a 50 mm wide plywood board on top of the Auxiliary Rip Fence and securing it using the T-Track on top of it. Both are fine and the Jessem Stock guides (or Hongdhui Stock guides) are doing a wonderful job.

I have the Versafence mounted on a Sawstop.  It isn't clear to me if the Hongdui stock guides will fit onto the track of the Versafence.  Any ideas about that?  Thanks.

Yes, you will be able to fit very easily the Hongdhui Stock guides on the Woodpeckers Versa Fence. I did it. You just have to pay attention because the T-track on the bottom is smaller than the one on the top. So, the Hongdhui stock guides (as the Jessem too) will fit only on the upper T-track. In other words, the Versa Fence can't be used upside down, even though it seems to be symetrical. It's not.

Thanks.  I was on the fence  [wink] about the Hong Dui guides, but from what I can tell they are a solid piece of kit, but I had the impression from something I read they might not fit the Wp fence.
