My Blue Spruce version, which I didn't order until Cyber Monday, shipped today.  I decided I wanted the wood handles, since the bases were the same.

You must be special.  I ordered mine from Blue Spruce, (also for the wood handles), over a week earlier than that but haven't heard anything on it yet. [sad]

They did, however, ship out the chisel I ordered along with it and I received it this week.  Will just keep an eye out for the router plane.  I really like the idea of being able to position the cutter on the end.

I broke down and ordered at some point over that weekend…haven’t heard anything.  I ordered with the fence so I’m guessing that has something to do with it.

I got the Katze Moses router plane, happy with that and one of the blades eve  doubles up as a.marking knife when used in conjunction with the sharpening extender.

Not used it properly yet, just did a couple of practice  hinge mortises.
Depth setting is easy enough, they're  a relatively simple tool.

Think it's made in China but I live in Northern England, you're ALL foreign to me and I generally couldn't care less about flag waving.

Ahh.  That could very well be the case, as I also ordered the fence.  Still eagerly awaiting.
