My wife has a new sewing pattern for making bottoms for purses, bags, etc.  She brought me this template and asked if I could make her some out of wood.  Half of the dimensions weren't on it and I asked her why.  She said those don't matter, all I need is each corner.  Turns out she needs a basic corner layout for 3/4" all the way to 2-1/2" so she can layout corners for these bottom pieces.  I went to my WP collection and found the Dual Precision Triangle set.  Showed them to her and her eyes lit up.  After playing with them she said "these guys sure make nice stuff".  Then she said she has other triangles like this but they are huge and overkill.  The net of it is I just lost my set of triangles.  But I know where they are if I need them.

I find that wives usually really like the woodpeckers products if they don't know how much they cost  [big grin]

That's a great story. It's always good to have a few future return favours stacked up on the pile  [big grin]

My wife has used my 3m guide rail and a 8ft plywood offcut for straight line rips running her fabric roller cutter against.
