Hello,

I am interested in participating in one of your "workshops". I was wondering if they are wheelchair friendly. Despite my injuries from combat I live a full life and am building all the furniture in my house. Thanks to your tools, especially the track saw, this is possible for me to do both joyfully and safely.

Thank You,
Andrew

Andrew - I have been to Festool Training in Henderson Nevada (Las Vegas). I dont speak for them, but from what I have seen there would be no issues with  wheelchair access. The real issue is how much crap you can take, and dispense, to/from Steve Bace, the awesome trainer there!  [wink]

I am sure they would happily make any needed concessions for you.

THANKS for your service.

[member=18038]copcarcollector[/member] Thank you Sir. With many folks returning pretty banged up alot of us have found woodworking to be rewarding and healing. While I might not be the greatest carpenter in the world I'm still proud that I am driving on with life in  a positive manner and thankful for those that can separate DC from those that go downrange.

Be well,
Andrew

Thanks for your service, Andrew.

Both of our Indiana and Las Vegas training centers are ADA compliant. (They're also both on the first floor of their respective buildings.) That said, I can't say for sure that every activity/tool in every class will be wheelchair accessible.

We'd love to have you come to a training class. If there's one that you're particularly interested in, let me know which one, and I'll get as much info as I can.

@taylorc Thank you for the info and for having ADA available places. You would be surprised how many people just don't give a darn but their forgetting one thing. We're all part of the club(wheelchairs) some just join sooner then others.

Be Well,
Andrew
