I've looked into this before. Trouble is, there are loads of you over there wanting them - I'm fully confident that through this forum I could sell a hundred or more. I'd be happy to box up a hundred of the damn things, ship them to one US member, who could then forward them on.
The trouble is, no-one can get hold of them in any kind of quantity. Most dealers have maybe 3 or 4 of them on the shelf at any one time, if that. If I were to place an order with a dealer for a significant quantity, there'd definitely be questions about what I wanted them for (it's not like they're an oft-used consumable) and Festool would refuse to supply them if they got even a hint that they were going to go to the US.
Sending them over in small quantities every few months would be the only real option, but that's not as economical. Also, since so many members have asked for them, how could we decide who gets them first? I have thought about sticking some on eBay with US shipping, but I think the bid amounts could get excessive (since demand far outstrips supply), and I'd feel like I was ripping people off (which I don't do).
Of course, we could always develop some kind of plug-it based lottery game... ??? ;D ;D ;D
