I ordered a TS55 REQ today.  Although I posted last month that I made my first Festool purchase, it was just a set of clamps.  About a week ago I bought the 75" guide rail since I decided to build my own "MFT-XL" (36"X84") workbench for breaking down plywood sheets.  I was determined not to get the saw until the workbench is functional, and now just await its arrival.

Well I made my first festool purchase today.  I bought ts55req with fs2700/2 track and 4 4" screw clamps. Can't wait to cut some sheet goods next week. No more table saw

MFT/3 top for a self build came in this past weekend. I am converting another tracksaw maker's table to accept the MFT/3 top.  I call it my Frankentable. MFT/3 top, (mft 800 parts kit ordered yesterday), QWAS dogs and rail dogs. And to top it off, a Mafell MT55.  [embarassed]

First purchase was the OF1400 with a FS1400 rail and other accessories.  Intent was to get the TS55-REQ, local store had no inventory but had them on order.  You know where this is going, right????

My first purchase was a second hand TS 75, 3 different blades, 3000 rail, 1900 rail, 1400 rail, parallel guide set, and CT36AC. It was december 2013, at the time I was just looking for a rail saw and was redoing my garage with cabinets found this add on craiglist thought the deal was kind of expensive had no idea what the name meant. After the first set of cuts I was sold on this splinter free cut. From that time ive research and learn so much im now a fan and slowly building inventory of festool products.

My first Festool purchase was a Kapex / CT33 bundle for $1804.00 before tax on 2008 July 01. I'd just seen a demonstration of it at Seven Corners Hardware in Saint Paul, MN. Went across the street for lunch to mull it over, and was loading it into my pickup an hour later. Never a single regret.
